InstaSparkz Partner and Vendor Fee & Payout Model
Welcome to InstaSparkz! We're excited to partner with licensed businesses and vendors to bring unique cannabis-related products to our growing community. Here's how our payout model works:
Partners (Restaurants, Retailers, Smoke Shops, Etc)
Partners include dispensaries, retail shops, smoke shops, and restaurants. These businesses will operate on a commission-based structure to make listing products easy and affordable:

Commission Structure:

Partners will pay a 9% commission on all sales. (compared to Door Dash 15% standard)

A $25 monthly listing fee is required to keep your products visible on the platform.

Special Offer:
The first 20 partners will get no monthly listing fee for the first 6 months! -
Promotional Sample Requirement:

All partners must provide 25-50 promotional samples and or discounts for their store launch.

Restaurant Promotional Video:

All partners must participate in a social media TikTok style promotional video. Our partners at YD Ent Global will send in a media team with camera person and 1-2 Podcast host who will highlight the establishment, menu, and staff interaction. We ask that restaurant partners provide 1 -2 of their most popular dishes for the food review portion of the video.

Vendors (Suppliers, Growers, Extractors, etc.)
Vendors are suppliers of flower, edibles, extracts, and other cannabis-related products. They pay a flat monthly fee and commission for listing their products, similar to a digital pop-up shop:

Vendor Fee Structure:

$100/month listing fee for up to 5 products, with a 5% commission on sales.

$200/month listing fee for up to 10 products, with a 4% commission on sales.

$300/month listing fee for up to 20 products, with a 3% commission on sales.

Premium Placement: $500/month with a 1% commission for maximum visibility and promotion.

Promotional Sample Requirement:

Vendors must provide 50 promotional samples for marketing and 4 samples for quality control, as all products will be tested in our lab to ensure quality.

Logistics & Payouts:

Couriers will pick up items directly from partners or vendors for delivery to customers.

Daily payouts with a 5% processing fee.

Weekly payouts with no additional fee.
